The KEMP USA 10-001-RED Head Immobilizer Set is designed for quick application and universal compatibility with most spineboards, excluding EG and TG boards. It includes side blocks with wide fast-stick closures for a snug, secure fit.
This immobilizer features large ear holes for easy monitoring of bleeding or fluid drainage. It comes with two head/chin straps and a base plate that attaches easily to the board.
Built with no metal parts, it’s safe for use during x-rays, MRI, and CT scans. Waterproof and buoyant, it’s ideal for water rescues and emergency response.
Made from high-grade foam using a unique dipping process, it’s built to last and easy to clean and disinfect. Custom logos and colors are available—call for details.
