The Homax Tread-Tex is a skid-resistant paint additive that can be applied to stairs, decks, docks and more. When added to paint or deck stain, this fine aggregate material creates a safer, anti-skid surface. Use Tread-Tex on interior or exterior surfaces where slipping is likely to occur and make your stairs and walkways safer.

Easy to Apply:
- Follow paint or varnish manufacturer’s directions for surface preparation
- Thoroughly mix Tread-Tex and paint, varnish or solid color stain in a separate container
- Apply with brush or roller following the paint manufacturer’s directions for application, stirring occasionally to ensure that particles are well distributed
- Apply a second coat if desired
