The FROG® @ease Floating Sanitizing System is the complete starter kit for FROG’s most universal hot tub water care system — a floating dispenser that drops right into any spa, regardless of brand. No port to find, no holder to clip onto a filter, no special configuration. If you own a hot tub, this works.
For most spa owners, this is the simplest possible entry into FROG® @ease. You get the floating dispenser preloaded with both cartridges — a mineral cartridge and a SmartChlor® cartridge — plus a Jump Start packet to bring fresh water up to a working sanitizer level and test strips to check your water. Drop it in, balance your water, and the system handles the daily sanitizing automatically.
The chemistry is the same proven @ease formula. SmartChlor® is a unique chlorine compound that works only with FROG® minerals. It self-regulates, delivering more free chlorine when your water demands it and pausing when the level is right. Paired with the minerals, the system sanitizes using up to 75% less chlorine than traditional water care — with no harsh chlorine smell, no daily dosing, and no weekly shocking.
Why a Floating System Matters: Unlike the In-Line, Sundance, and Bullfrog versions of @ease — all of which require specific built-in ports or holders — the floating system works in any hot tub.
