The KEMP 10-001-ORG Head Immobilizer Set is designed for fast, secure immobilization during emergencies. It fits all spineboards except EG and TG models.
Side blocks feature wide fast-stick closures for a snug fit and offer up to 50% more surface support. Large ear holes allow for easy monitoring of fluid drainage or bleeding.
It includes two head/chin straps and a base plate that attaches easily to most spineboards. With no metal components, it’s safe for use during x-rays, MRI, and CT scans.
Waterproof and buoyant, it’s ideal for water rescues and can be cleaned and reused with ease. Made from high-grade foam with a unique dipping process for extra durability.
